# STRIKEBIT — RISK DISCLOSURE

Version 1.0 · Effective \[DATE]

### Read this before you pay

1\. All trading on StrikeBit is simulated. Your orders are never sent to an exchange or executed in any market. Prices come from live market data, so your results reflect real market movement — but no trade of yours ever reaches a market.

2\. Your Notional Balance is not money. The balance, equity, profit and loss shown on your account are units used to measure your performance. They are not funds you own, and they cannot be withdrawn.

3\. The entry fee is at risk. It is the only thing that is. You never deposit trading capital and you can never lose more than you paid us. If you breach a rule, the evaluation ends and the fee is not returned, except in the circumstances set out in the Refund Policy.

4\. Most people do not pass. Trading evaluations are difficult by design. The majority of participants do not reach the funded stage, and of those who do, not all earn a reward. Do not pay a fee you cannot afford to lose.

5\. There is no guaranteed income. Rewards depend entirely on your performance against published rules. Any figures produced by our calculator are illustrations of arithmetic, not forecasts, and are not a prediction of what you will earn.

6\. Simulated results do not predict real trading. Passing an evaluation does not mean you would perform the same way in a live market with your own money at stake. Simulation removes real slippage, real liquidity constraints and the psychological weight of real loss.

7\. Crypto markets are volatile. Prices move sharply and without warning. Daily loss limits and drawdown floors can be breached in minutes, including while you are asleep and holding a position.

8\. Automated enforcement, no grace period. Risk limits are enforced in real time by software. When a limit is breached the account closes immediately. There is no manual review of a standard risk breach and no discretionary reprieve.

9\. We are not regulated. StrikeBit FZ-LLC and StrikeBit Global Ltd are not licensed or supervised by any financial services regulator. We are not a broker, exchange, dealer, asset manager, investment adviser, custodian or bank. You have no access to any investor compensation scheme, financial ombudsman, or deposit protection.

10\. We are not available everywhere — but this is about where you live, not your passport. If you are resident in, or accessing us from, a restricted territory, you cannot use the service and your account will be closed. Your citizenship is not a restriction. If you hold the passport of a restricted territory but live somewhere else, you are welcome. You tell us where you live when you buy a challenge, you confirm it again when you ask to be paid, and we check that against where you actually use the service from. Telling us something untrue is a breach and a reason we can refuse to pay you. The list is in Schedule 1 of the Terms and Conditions.

10a. We do not market everywhere we are available. In many countries we accept customers who come to us but do not advertise, and we are not authorised in any of them. If you found us on your own initiative, you are responsible for checking that using our service is lawful where you live.

10b. We check who you are before you trade a funded account. Passing a challenge is not the last step. Before your funded account can be traded you have to show us a government photo ID and, usually, take a selfie so we can see the document is yours. It is one check, once. If we cannot verify you, and it is not because you gave us something untrue or refused to send a document you have, you get your challenge fee back.

11\. Nothing we publish is advice. Our educational content, analytics and market commentary are general information. None of it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and none of it is personalised to you.

12\. Tax is yours. Rewards are paid gross. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due where you live.

### In one sentence

You are buying a paid skills assessment on a simulated platform. If you do well under the published rules, we pay you cash. The fee is the only money you can lose, and most people lose it.
