# STRIKEBIT - REFUND POLICY

Version: Draft 2.0 · Date: \[ ] 2026 · Forms part of the Evaluation Terms

### 1. The general rule

1.1 Access Fees are non-refundable except as set out in this Policy.

1.2 The fee is earned when you activate an Evaluation by opening your first trade. After that it is not refundable on the grounds of dissatisfaction, change of mind, or failure to meet the objectives, and the only refunds available are those in clause 2.

***

### 2. When you can get your fee back

Five grounds. Each is a right, not a favour.

#### 2.1 Before you start - cooling off

Full refund if you have not opened a single trade. Request within 7 days of purchase.

#### 2.2 Payment error

Full refund where a technical error caused a duplicate charge, or a payment went to the wrong network or address because of a verified platform error. Request within 7 days, with transaction hashes.

#### 2.3 We break

Where a platform outage, pricing error or data-feed failure materially affects your Evaluation, we will either refund the fee or give you a free reset - your preference where reasonably practicable.

#### 2.4 We decline you for a reason that is not a published criterion

Full refund where you pass an Evaluation and we decline to open a Funded Account for a reason that is neither a published eligibility criterion nor a breach by you.

This does not apply where the decline arises from a sanctions or politically-exposed-person match, fraud, or a false declaration. In those cases we may be required to withhold rather than return funds.

#### 2.5 We change the restricted-territory list and it catches you

Full refund where we close your account solely because a territory was added to Schedule 1 after you purchased, and you made no false declaration about where you live.

#### 2.6 We cannot verify you at activation

Full refund where you pass an Evaluation and your Funded Account is not activated because identity verification could not be completed. Request within 30 days.

This does not apply where the failure arises from fraud, a false declaration, a sanctions or politically-exposed-person match, or your refusal to provide a document you hold. In a sanctions case we may be required to withhold rather than return funds.

***

### 3. When you cannot get your fee back

* You opened a trade and then changed your mind
* You breached a risk limit
* You ran out of patience, time or interest
* You were found to have used a Prohibited Trading Practice
* You made a false declaration about your residence or identity
* You were resident in, or accessing us from, a restricted territory and concealed it

***

### 4. How to request a refund

4.1 Email <cs@strikebit.xyz> with your registered email address, the transaction details, and which ground in clause 2 you are relying on.

4.2 We acknowledge within 2 business days and give a reasoned decision within 7 business days.

4.3 Approved refunds are paid to the originating wallet or address, in the same asset, within 7 business days. Network fees are deducted.

4.4 If we decline, we will tell you why in writing. You may dispute the decision under the Evaluation Terms.

***

### 5. Support macros needed

No development. Three saved replies:

1. Cooling-off approved - confirm no trade opened and within 7 days, refund to origin address
2. Payment error - request hashes, verify, refund
3. Platform failure - offer refund or free reset, log the incident
4. Non-criterion decline - confirm the reason is not a published criterion, not a breach, and not sanctions/fraud/false declaration, then refund
5. Verification failure at activation - confirm the Evaluation was passed, the Funded Account was not activated, and the cause is not fraud, false declaration, sanctions/PEP or refusal to supply a held document, then refund

Plus a refund log: date, user, ground, amount, decision, reason. Two minutes per case, and it is the evidence file if anyone ever asks how you treat customers.

What is the Profit Target?

The minimum net profit to pass a phase, calculated from your initial balance.

<br>

| Phase | Target | Example ($100k) |
| ------------------- | ------ | ------------------------ |
| Quick Start Phase 1 | 10% | $10,000 → reach $110,000 |
| Standard Phase 1 | 5% | $5,000 → reach $105,000 |
| Standard Phase 2 | 8% | $8,000 → reach $108,000 |

ℹ️ Only closed trades count. Phase 2 balance resets to the original starting balance.

### What is the Daily Loss Limit?

Maximum loss allowed in a single day. If Equity falls too far in one day, account closes.

| Account Type | Daily Loss Limit |
| ---------------------- | ---------------------------- |
| Quick Start (Phase 1) | 3% of Equity at midnight UTC |
| Standard (Phase 1 & 2) | 4% of Equity at midnight UTC |
| Funded (1-Step) | 3% of Equity at midnight UTC |
| Funded (2-Step) | 4% of Equity at midnight UTC |

ℹ️ At 00:00 UTC the system snapshots your Equity. The better you do, the larger the day's cushion — and the higher the floor rises. Fees and unrealized losses count toward the limit.

### What is the Maximum Drawdown limit?

The absolute floor your account cannot breach at any moment. Two versions:

#### Fixed Floor (Standard Ph.1 only)

| Challenge | Floor |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| Quick Start Phase 1 | 5% moving floor — see Moving Floor section below |
| Standard Phase 1 | 8% below starting balance — never moves |

### **What is a Dynamic Stop?**

A 'Dynamic Stop' mechanism is used to protect your accumulated profits.

A new protection level is established only based on realized balance (after positions are closed). Unrealized profit (Floating PnL) is not included in the calculation. As soon as your balance reaches a new maximum, the system automatically recalculates and raises the stop level. This level can only increase; it can only decrease upon withdrawal of funds.

**Example of dynamic stop loss operation (for Funded account — 8%):**

1. **Starting point:** Your balance is $10,000. Dynamic stop is $9,200.
2. **Profit lock-in:** You close a trade and your balance becomes $10,500. The system locks in the new maximum and raises the stop to $9,700. Important: while a position is open, even if the account profit reaches $11,000, the stop will only update after the position is closed.
3. **Account closure condition:** If the balance falls below $9,700 — the account will be automatically closed.
4. **Withdrawal of funds:** When withdrawing funds, the dynamic stop level decreases by the equivalent amount (for example, when withdrawing $500, the stop will drop by $500).

### What counts as a Profit Day?

A day where closed trades yield ≥ 0.4% of your midnight UTC balance. Open positions don't count.

| Phase | Min Profit Days |
| ------------------- | ---------------------------- |
| Quick Start Phase 1 | None |
| Standard Phase 1 | 3 days |
| Standard Phase 2 | 4 days |
| Funded | 3 days (before first payout) |

### When does the trading day reset?

00:00 UTC every day. Daily Loss floor recalculates. Profit Day counter resets.

| Time Zone | UTC 00:00 equals... |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------ |
| Moscow (MSK) | 03:00 |
| Central Europe (CET) | 01:00 winter / 02:00 summer |
| New York (EST) | 19:00 prev. day / 20:00 summer |
| Singapore (SGT) | 08:00 |
